He warned of the need to refrain from actions aimed at disrupting the educational process, comply with the uniform college dress code, do not follow students with deviant behavior, prone to offenses, and tolerate extortion. The student, faced with similar situations, warned of the need to seek help from the college administration and law enforcement, without taking steps to resolve the issue on his own, taking into account the danger to life.
