The purpose of the social  studies  teacher – To study the psychological, medical and pedagogical features of the individual, the small environment surrounding it, timely assistance in identifying and disclosing conflict situations, deviations in behavior, interests and needs of students. Act as an intermediary between an individual and an educational institution( College), family, society, and government. Create favorable and safe conditions for the realization of the rights and freedoms of students. Provide assistance in protecting their life and health, providing universal education, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

• identity document (required for verification of identity);
• a statement in the form in accordance with Appendix 2 to this standard of public service;
• copy of birth certificate for children from large families;
• a copy of the certificate of approval of guardianship and foster care for orphans and children left without parental care, brought up in families;
• a copy of the medical report of the psychological-medical-pedagogical consultation, for the disabled and disabled since childhood, a certificate of disability or for children with disabilities in development;
• a certificate confirming that the applicant (family) belongs to the recipients of state targeted social assistance provided by local executive bodies for children from families entitled to receive targeted social assistance;
• certificate of income received for children from families who do not receive state targeted social assistance in which the per capita income is below the subsistence level (wages of working parents or persons substituting them, income from entrepreneurial activity and other activities, income in the form of alimony for children and other dependents).
